Using the platform implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please do not use the services.

We provide website monitoring, security, analytics and management services, along with related functionality described in the platform. We may update, extend or modify the services in order to improve them.

Certain features are available on a subscription basis. Prices, plans and billing cycles are those displayed in the platform at the time of purchase. Payment is made according to the chosen plan; non-payment may result in suspension of access to paid features.

All rights in the platform, code, trademarks, content and materials belong to the Provider or its licensors. You acquire no intellectual property rights through your use of the services, only a limited right of use.

Each party undertakes to keep confidential any non-public information obtained in the context of using the services and not to disclose it to third parties without the other party's consent, except where required by law.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. Please refer to it for details about your rights.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the services. The services are provided "as is", without implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profit resulting from the use or inability to use the services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service over the previous 12 months.

You may stop using the services at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms or abusive use of the services.

Where consumer protection legislation applies, you benefit from the legal rights of withdrawal. Certain digital services fully performed may be exempt, as provided by law.

Any significant change to the services or their scope of use will be communicated reasonably. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it.

We provide technical support through the channels indicated in the platform, according to your plan. Response times may vary depending on the subscription type and the complexity of the request.

We may use third-party providers (e.g. hosting, payment processing, email) to deliver the services. These providers process data only in accordance with our instructions and applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your authentication details confidential, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for using the services in accordance with the law and these terms.

This agreement is governed by Romanian law. Any matter not expressly regulated is supplemented by the applicable legal provisions.

The parties will seek to resolve any dispute amicably. Failing agreement, disputes will be settled by the competent courts at the Provider's registered office.

The Provider is not liable for the non-performance of obligations caused by force majeure or fortuitous events, under the conditions provided by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The applicable version is the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown above.
