Response time is counted in business days inside our support window, Mon-Fri 10:00-16:00 (Romania), and on VIP all seven days. Every ticket automatically gets a computed deadline, which you can see in the portal.

Do I need to be technical to use Synux?

No. We handle the setup, and alerts and reports are written for anyone to follow: what happened, since when, what it means for you and what comes next.

How do you let me know when something goes wrong?

We confirm the outage on the second failed check in a row, so a passing blip never wakes you up, and then we email you straight away. From Advanced up the alerts can also go to a webhook or encrypted into the Chatit app, and on Pro and VIP to Telegram. Alerts start at Advanced as well: on Basic the site is monitored, but we do not write to you.

Which platforms does it work with?

With any site, whatever the technology, through external monitoring. For WordPress we have a dedicated plugin that adds security scanning, update status and analytics from inside the site.

How long until monitoring starts?

Same day. The account takes seconds to create, and we connect your site to monitoring. For WordPress, you install the Synux Monitor plugin and connect it with a code.

Do I need a card? Can I cancel anytime?

You start with 30 days on the Pro plan, no card. There is no contract and no minimum term: cancel anytime, straight from your account.

How does support work?

You open a ticket from the portal and get the reply there, with the whole history in one place. Response time follows your plan and is counted in business days: 3 on Basic, 2 on Advanced, 1 on Pro and same day on VIP, where the window includes weekends. The deadline is written on every ticket. Phone support is included from Pro up.

What data do you collect about my visitors?

Our analytics uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses: each visitor becomes an anonymous identifier that rotates daily and cannot be tracked across days or across sites. That is why Synux statistics need no cookie banner.

Where is the data stored and who can access it?

On servers in the European Union, in Germany. Access is protected by password, two-factor authentication and sessions you can revoke at any time. You can request deletion of your account and data straight from settings.

Can you help me show up in ChatGPT or Gemini?

Nobody can guarantee that an AI assistant will recommend you, and we do not promise it. What we do: check whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini can read your site, show you what stops them and the exact steps to fix it on your platform, and measure how much they read you and how many visitors they send. From Advanced, on sites connected through the Synux plugin or built by us, we tell Bing about every new page through IndexNow ourselves.
