Synux is a digital service (software as a service), delivered exclusively online. We ship no physical goods, so there are no shipping costs, couriers or postal delivery times. This page explains exactly what you get and when.
What we deliver
With Synux you get access to the monitoring platform at synux.ro: uptime and SSL monitoring, alerts, cookieless analytics, reports and, depending on your plan, security features. Access is through your account, with the email and password set at sign-up.
When delivery happens
Activation is immediate and automatic. Once the card processor confirms your payment, the plan is activated on your account within seconds, with no manual step. You receive the confirmation and the invoice by email. In rare cases, when the issuing bank requires extra checks, payment confirmation may take a few minutes; the plan activates automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed.
How to access the service
Sign in at https://synux.ro/login with your account details. Everything included in your plan is available immediately in the dashboard. For WordPress sites, you connect by installing the Synux Monitor plugin and entering the token shown in your dashboard.
Subscription term
The subscription is activated for the period paid for (monthly or yearly, depending on what you chose at checkout) and runs from payment confirmation until the end of that period. The exact expiry date is always shown in your account, under Plans.
If you don't get access
If your payment was confirmed but the plan is not active on your account within 30 minutes, write to contact@synux.ro or call +40746062250. We either fix it or refund you in full, your choice.
