Monitoring built by people who maintain websites every day
Synux is the product of the CoolWeb team. We built it for our own clients, so we would be the first to know when a site has a problem. Now we offer it to anyone who wants the same peace of mind.
A working website should not be a worry
The right order: you find out first, you fix it, and your customer never notices.
Most website owners hear about a problem from a customer, days after it appeared. In the meantime the form sent nothing, the certificate expired or the page was indexed with foreign content.
Synux checks your site day and night from the outside and, on WordPress, from the inside: the plugin brings a firewall, malware scanning and quarantine. Traffic is filtered for bots automatically, and from Advanced outages and security alerts reach you by email, webhook or encrypted in Chatit, and on Telegram from Pro. We also show you how AI assistants like ChatGPT see you, and the rest goes into a PDF report anyone can read, with no technical jargon.
A web team that built its own tool
CoolWeb is an agency in Romania that designs, hosts and maintains websites for small and medium businesses. For years we checked client sites by hand, tracking SSL certificates, domain expiries and automated attacks.
Synux grew out of that routine. We needed one place to see the state of every site, get alerts in time and send clients monthly reports without effort. The internal tool became a product, and today we run it on every site we manage.

Live in 3 steps
We handle the setup. For WordPress, you install the Synux Monitor plugin and connect it with a code.
Create your account
Create your account in seconds, or we activate it for you.
We connect your site
We connect the site to monitoring. On WordPress the plugin pairs with a code and gives you its own dashboard inside wp-admin.
You get the information
Alerts when something breaks, a monthly report, and access to support.
External monitoring starts with nothing to install. The WordPress plugin takes two minutes, guided from the portal.
What we promise and how we keep it
Every claim on this site matches a feature you can verify in your account.
We promise only what we deliver
The check interval, history retention and response time of your plan are enforced by the system, not just printed on the pricing page.
Data stays in Europe
Servers are in Germany, analytics use no cookies, and your website needs no consent banner for Synux.
Clear alerts, not noise
We confirm an outage on the second failed check in a row, so a passing blip never wakes you up. When we do write, the message says what happened and what the next step is. Everything else goes into the PDF report.
No contract, no lock-in
Leave whenever you want. On request, your account enters deletion and the data is permanently removed after 30 days, a window in which you can change your mind and lose nothing. No penalties and no notice period.
